"Mark's Top Wine Pick of the Week" was created to give you a good Michigan wine suggestion for the weekend. *Some of the wines I suggest may not be readily available in your local stores, but you can always ask your local wine shop if they could order it for you.
"Starry Starry White" from Karma Vista Vineyard & Winery is a semi-sweet white table wine made from a blend of riesling, vidal and seyval grapes. A bottle is priced at $9.50. This wine is special to my wife and I because it's dry enough for me and sweet enough for her. It's the perfect compromise white and the most popular wine at the vineyard. We bought a case on our last visit to the vineyard as party favors for our wedding.
Description on the Bottle
"A vine sent classic. Wine is like great art... or perhaps great art is like wine. A moment in time captured for all to enjoy. This blend is a semi-sweet wine that belongs in everyone's collection of masterpieces. Great with American Pie. Enjoy!"
